We start the show talking about Lebron James’ I Promise School and all the media buzz around it. We follow that up with a story about a Detroit couple hoping to turn a 130-year old barn into a restaurant only a block away from Ford’s planned Corktown campus. We end the beginning of the show by watching the video of a Detroit Police Officer assaulting a naked woman at Detroit’s Receiving Hospital.

Our featured piece this week is an interview Erin and I did with Cameron Robert Harrison, the man formally behind Florida based projects Betterment and The Cute Fills, as well as his current Columbus based Farseek. We also speak R A T S Records, screen printing, and his upcoming tour with Worst Party Ever.

We close out the show with Robert showing the guys three movie trailers as a promo for next week’s interview with Louis C Justin of Massacre Video.

Top of the show we tackle Elon Musk‘s promise to purchase water filters for Flint residents and the possibility of him becoming a super villain. We talk about a potential new Robocop sequel directed by Neill Blomkamp and then the Detroit Lions deciding to move on from Jim Brandstatter after 31 years.

Main feature this week is our preview for this years 30th Anniversary of Shark Week. We talk about our experiences with the programming block growing up and watch some memorable Shark Week Moments. It takes an odd turn as we watch the trailer for the upcoming shark movie The Meg and Robert shows the guys the best shark themed wrestler whose ever graced the squared circle, Shark Boy.

End of the show we determine our survival chances in event of a global emergency by showing off our shit-hits-the-fan bags.

We begin with a study which states 6,000 Detroit school children did not have a schedule recess this school year. We follow that up with the second half of our 2018 Vans Warped Tour Preview. This time around we talk about Trash Boat, State Champs, Palaye Royale, Four Year Strong and Simple Plan.

Next up, Robert Under interviews Chazz and Ethan from Salt Lake City band Picnics at Soap Rock. We talk about their history as a duo, the music scene in Salt Lake City and their debut EP, which came out on June 20th.

We end the show with Erin attempting to guess the top 10 selling pop punk albums of all-time.

At the top of the show we talk about the North American International Auto Show’s proposal to move away from its cold January schedule We end the first segment with a preview of the 2018 Vans Warped Tour which hits locally on July 20th. Included in the preview are Nekrogoblikon, Ice Nine Kills, Beartooth, Knuckle Puck and Bowling For Soup. Join us next week for the second half of our preview.

First Friday of the month so of course that means its time for our July Movie Preview. This time around we took a look at The First Purge, Skyscraper, Equalizer 2, Teen Titans Go! to the Movies and Mission Impossible: Fallout.

We close it out with the third and final piece of our interview with Ben Wixson. Including his time spent with current project Young Hunger.

I fucking hate hockey but it takes control on this week’s episode. Local topics this week include our thoughts on both The Pistons and The Red Wing’s drafts. As well as our reaction to MDOT having to rip out a half mile of newly poured concrete on I-696 while they are choking out Metro-Detroit with their massive roadwork plan.

We follow that up with the Second Piece of our Interview with Ben Wixson (Part 1). This time around we discuss the time spent in arguably his most prominent band, F**** W**** aka Black Jack Wilson.

A new reoccuring segment follows, as Robert Under recommends what show he’d be most interested in seeing this coming week.

We end with Part One of our interview with Detroit Punk Ben Wixson, covering his early bands and his time spent in the Metro Detroit Hall Show Scene.

On the debut episode of Thee Under Channel we start with 3 local stories.

After that, I had a chance to sit down with frontman Bal Undy of San Diego Power Violence band Euthenasian .

We take our shot at an In Memoriam for recently recently deceased journalist Anthony Bourdain and then I introduce the guys to rapper Danny Brown with the song “Ain’t It Funny”.

We wrap the show up with a discussion on 3 WTF Stories about Robotics that Keys scrounged up.
